Hon. Canella, Regional Vice President, underlines the necessity to consider the possibility of the social inclusion of the disabled people. It is necessary to create laws in order to give them the potentiality to become complete citizen. We will realize the full autonomy of the disabled, only supplying them jobs and consequently a better income.

Hon. Campa centres his report on the situation of the laws regarding the allocation to work of the disabled in the italian Parliament. He guarantees his personal commitment in this field, in order to supply to everyone the equality of opportunity.

Il Dr. Bettin, Pro sindaco di Venezia, si sofferma sull’importanza delle unioni tra le organizzazioni e le Istituzioni.
Per creare un modello comune di razionalizzazione dei problemi.

Dr. Bettin, Vice mayor of Venezia: The rationality is the main quality to pay more attention to the problems of the disabled. The unions between different organizations must be aimed to the creation of a common model for the rationalization of the problem. The municipality of Venezia, some years ago, organized a new system to give access to the disabled in some spheres that before where practically forbidden to them, receiving an incredible success.

Il prof. Busato concentra il suo intervento sui rischi dell’europa del futuro che dà importanza solo agli aspetti economici senza soffermarsi sulla disoccupazione e su altri fattori sociali.
Il rischio principale per i disabili è quello di venire dimenticati e, perciò, è assolutamente necessario includere nella nostra cultura gli svantaggiati e il problema della loro formazione.
Secondo il prof. Busato, la formazione professionale dei disabili può e deve essere conseguita soprattutto mediante le nuove tecnologie.

Prof. Busato centres his intervention on the risks of the Europe of the future, that gives importance to the monetary and economic aspects only, without paying attention to the unemployment and to other social factors. The main risk for the disabled is to be forgotten. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to include in our culture the disadvantaged people and the problem of their training.
According to Prof. Busato, the professional training of the disabled can and must be achieved, above all, through the new technologies.

 La relazione dell’On.le Danesin si basa sulla necessità di rivolgersi ai disabili soprattutto attraverso i recenti progetti europei HORIZON e INTEGRA. Il problema della moneta unica non è l’unico da risolvere in Europa; per diventare cittadini europei occorre porre l’attenzione a molti altri problemi alla cui soluzione si può arrivare esclusivamente tramite l’unità degli intenti.

Hon. Danesin’s report is based upon the necessity to make an effort for the disabled, especially through the recent european projects HORIZON and INTEGRA. In Europe, the problem of the unique money is not the only aim that we have to achieve: to become european citizen, we must pay attention to many problems whose solution can be found only in the unity of intentions.

Dopo questo intervento il pro-sindaco Bettin, l’On.le Canella e il prof. Busatto ricevono una medaglia dello scultore Emilio Greco "Amore e Solidarietà" in ringraziamento del loro operato a difesa e tutela dei disabili.
